Chinese Taipei Society for Biomaterials and Controlled Release

The Chinese Taipei Society for Biomaterials and Controlled Release is the premier society in Taiwan for Biomaterials and drug delivery science and technology. The Chinese Taipei Society for Biomaterials and Controlled Release serves more than 400 members from academia, industry and goverment.
The Chinese Taipei Society for Biomaterials and Controlled Release was incorporated in 1997 as a not-for-profit organization devoted to the science and technology of biomaterials, drug delivery and controlled release. The field of Biomaterial, drug delivery and controlled release encompasses scientific and technical efforts to benefit various areas including human and animal health as well as agriculture, cosmetics and consumer products, and the environment.
Our Activities
The Chinese Taipei Society for Biomaterials and Controlled Release provides, supports and encourages our members to participate in a variety of important activities to advance biomaterials and drug delivery science and technology. Including:
- Sponsorship and organization of annual symposia
- Sponsorship and organization of workshops/short courses
- Contributions to and publication of the The Chinese Taipei Society for Biomaterials and Controlled Release Newsletter
- Promotion of education and training in biomaterials and delivery science and technology
- Facilitating the development and commercialization of products based on biomaterials and drug delivery science and technology.
