I. Registration Fees

* Registration fees include access to all scientific sessions, congress materials, dinners (October 9, 10, 11), lunches (October 10, 11, 12), and coffee breaks.
II. Payment Methods
1. Online Registration & Payment (Recommended)
Participants can register and pay online via the official congress website: 2025.csbm.org.cn. Online payment accepts government‑issued cards, credit cards, Alipay, and WeChat Pay. After payment, a VAT electronic invoice can be issued in real time by the participant.
2. Bank Transfer

III. Refund Policy and Deadline
1. Refund requests submitted before September 9, 2025 (24:00 GMT+8) – full refund.
Requests submitted before October 8, 2025 (24:00 GMT+8) – 50% refund.
Requests submitted after October 9, 2025 (00:00 GMT+8) – no refund.
2. Refund process: Complete the "Refund Application Form" (see attachment), sign it, scan and send to the Finance Department email: cwb@csbm.org.cn.
3. Refund timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days after receipt of the application and will be returned via the original payment method.
